    SBR: Another Job well done.....
Just wanted to extend my vast appreciation to both Josh and Bill Dozer at SBR for their mega assistance. Without getting into too much, I was in quite a predicament as a sportbook had more or less forbidden me from making any withdrawals while I was being investigated for alleged wrongdoing. Though I had in fact done nothing wrong, I was nevertheless quite worried seeing that my balance was significant and I had no idea how long this might drag on.

Anyway, after alerting SBR of my situation, first Bill and then Josh intervened on my behalf, and the situation was very quickly rectified. The first payment has arrived and more are incoming. Thanks to both of you for helping out a complete stranger when I literally had nowhere and nobody else to turn to.

    Massive Thanks

Was part of the agreement a nondisclosure of who this book is?

Well Omni Frog, I fully realize it's cheesy to mention a problem while leaving out the book. I also realize it's no doubt paranoid on my part, but one never knows who reads the Forums and I still have a lot of coin in the book, and I wouldn't want there to be any "Unforseen delays" in payment. Again, no doubt excessive paranoia, but after what I went through, I'll definitely err on the side of caution, even to the extreme.....It's a top book with little or no history of complaints. It was just a bizarre situation that seemed to spiral out of control, but all is well now.

I just wanted to note my appreciation, which hopefully might encourage others to contact SBR when the situation appears dire.

Very good point, I fully understand. Maybe when you are in the clear you can shed some more light on this.

Glad to hear it Stumpage. I guess since you aren't saying the book, I won't either. Maybe there's a reason.

Rather shameful on their part though. They make a false accusation then hold onto your money and delay the investigation just because numb-nuts was on vacation.

          A pox on his house!

          Good work Bill and Justin.

-EDIT- Oh okay, now I'm seeing your explanation about not naming the book. Oh and I thought you meant Justin rather than Josh. Maybe I'm just all mixed up.

Please consult with Bill and Josh before disclosing the book.

I will explain it like this: If a player has a problem with a book and through our assistance we discover there is a material problem with the book we will make it public immediately.

Many problems are just complex misunderstandings. We are able to help because the books know we are not going to run out and try to score some PR. Yes players deserve full disclosure of material changes and problems. They don’t need details of a misunderstanding.

I'm glad everything was worked out for this player.
