For the true Viking fan that bleeds purple you just will never get over that loss two weeks ago. I remember when Dallas lost to the mean and dirty Steelers in the 1979 Superbowl. Jackie Smith dropped a 10 yard TD easy toss with no one within 15 yards. He was uncovered. Then Renfro was called for a pass interference call where he never touched stallworth and the game ended cruelly 35-31. They were so much better than Pittsburgh. I puked shortly after the game...true story.
The game two weeks ago brought back that memory. So for all the Purple People Eaters out there who watched Foreman and Alan Page and Fran Tarkenton I give you a very humble moment of silence.
