Unless it flew up right before he got to the bridge, but I still think you would know the dumper is straight up if you're driving the vehicle, but obviously not.

Horrible accident....First guy thought he wouldn't get hit and other two people just never saw it coming. Why were people still driving by underneath the bridge right after it happened?

This was in Turkey, Europe. Just read NO ONE was killed, only one injured. Amazing.

Yeah first they said he was killed, but confirmed reports said he was ok, although injured. Actually the guys that passed infront of him were really lucky, just missed them.
