I have made this bet before the Princeton vs. Harvard game:

Princeton (+8) vs Harvard

The 2nd half line is:

Princeton vs. Harvard (-6) for 2nd Half.


Is this a good middle opportunity ?

Its not a 2 pt middle. Princeton (+8) is up by 9, 29-20 at the half. With the 2H line being Harvard -6, its a 10 point middle.

If he bets Harvard 2H -6, if Harvard wins by 7 thru 16 pts, he wins both bets.

Its a very good middle opportunity.

He's thinking before the game started you found 2 separate lines of 6 and 8. He's not realizing you meant a 2H wager.

These middle opportunities, show up moreso when the dogs are winning at the half.

Sorry John, I misread, the -6 is a 2nd half line. That gives you a full 10pts.
It´s marginal at -110 but if I were in your shoes, I would probably go for it.

Didn't pull the trigger after reading your post, and I'm fairly happy, Princeton outscoring them 7-3 with ten minutes to go. That over is real dead.

I typed it out, then deleted it earlier about how often the game fav sometimes has a complete turnaround in the 2h. A very entertaining game in this one, as Harvard basically turned it up a notch in the last 2 minutes of the game. 13 pts in 1:20 WOW.
