Who Makes Their Own Lines Here?

Would think it is rather difficult without sophiscated computer programs.

I make a line for horses. When I find a race I like I estimate each horse's %chance of winning. From this I come up with minimum odds and exacta payoffs and then bet accordingly. There are computer programs that do this but I haven't seen any commercially available ones that are worth using. The big syndicates in Hong Kong rely on this method. Each use their own in-house programs.

I make my own lines every monday morning during football. I try not to see any opening lines until I get finished. I find that a very useful 1st screen to my capping.

every Saturday night Razz and I make them for the following days college football lines that come out...
