"Pleaser" is the word. Perhaps 5 Dimes still offers them. Don't know who else.

That was it. Why isn't offerred anywhere else. It was hard as hell to hit, but a 3 teamer payed like 18-1. Need more of those bets available. That was the first sportsbook I ever used back in 98.

Yes, 5Dimes does offer them. I also think BetJM does offer them as well, but the odds are pretty bad if I remember correctly.
