craigslist provides local classifieds and forums for jobs, housing, for sale, services, local community, and events

claims to make 1.2 mil annual revenue. SBR john should use this forum as collateral to buy this property.

The midwest is very underrated for golf course quality.

          Great courses

Weather is the problem for midwestern golf courses. There is really only about 5 months of decent golfing weather throughout the year and in those five months, you have to contend with rain.

I live in wisconsin and near 3 of the best of them ... Needless to say good luck actually making money! Member fees are insane cuz it's so hard to upkeep them ... Take whistling straights for example .... People play there like 4 months a year

This is true. In fact, 5 yrs ago when I lived there, Minn had the highest number of people that play golf per capita of all states. As an aside, this is TRUE. In case you are the type person who prefers proper English, There is no such word as "golfing". I promise you that is true.

Problems with midwest course , approx may to sept, land is flat not very highly rated, is there a club house for events for that kind of money if so it needs to be torn up and build another clubhouse for 3 million to 5 million now your into this for 6 million, now another problem golf courses dont make money they are all going broke, unless you can get the land and put 3 million dollars private houses here and there at least ten abutting course then about 48 luxry condos for 1 million dollars then your cooking the people who own houses and condos get lifetime memberships for free , you charge them 5oo amonth they spend in resturants pools and bar its and assessment fee, so now that 2 million dollar golf course is now worth 60 to 70 million dollars which you make all kinds of money from food pools real estate fees to keep property up monthly fees for condos real estate fees to buy and sell houses and of course membership fees for golfing you just turned over 100 million dollars worth of property in 5 years you will leave with a couple hundred thousand dollars invested into well over 20 million your end when its all said and done, if you have the room put a small private college culinary for food resturant and hotel, 1200 students let them run and manage property ,charge them 20000 a year in tuition thats over 2 and a half milliona year and guess what no more taxes. Thats for those who didn't realize it money is easy to make hard to hold on to . Thats what i was doing for 20 years , all that does a job on your body parts, so i got plenty of money ,but i could die at any time is it worth it pico bill. And those who are not happy with being normal and safe, do you know how many politicians i had to grease. Risk talking worrying about wires and all that shit, at the end i would not talk bussiness unless we were in a steamroom or pool
