Ive been investing in securities (mostly retiremnet ira's, and 401k's, I do have a liitle f-u money for speculation with e*trade) that said I have never seen a roller coaster ride, up and down and up and down, like the last couple weeks. It's like anytime somebody farts the markets react. anybody else going thru this crap like I am. I don't know what the fvck to do. I just put some from my money market to some mid-gap growth fund. Keep my fingures cross and hope for the best I guess. Sometimes I think wallstreet and sports betting are alsmost the same.

This is beginning to remind me of the tech bubble way back in the early 2000's. I turned 10G into 109G then back into 34G. You either ride it our or get the hell out. I have started getting some positions back into cash/MM, especially my daughters education money. Like sportsbetting the market is making an educated guess as to which companies are good and which way the market is going. I think there will be one more good wave up then it's time to get out and evaluate things.

Ive been adding to my funds the last few weeks. Whenever the S&P gets to or very close to 1450 I add to my funds.

Im also holding back 15% cash in case of a break thru of 1450 which then the S&P should hold around 1250.JMO.

I too use E-Trade, and a fairly new small/mid cap fund Ive just started buying is RYOHX. Im a big fan of the Royce family of funds.

Do not watch CNBC, they are not on the air for the small guys best interests, JMO.

Look for a possible double bottom on Friday, S&P 1430-40, with a bounce there the D B is in..

just transfered a little more to equaties funds today from my money market acount. Think my starategy here is buy a little at a time on the way down. eventually this mo fo will bottom and Ill start transfering back to cash a little at a time on the way up. It's worked b-4 I think it will work again . Gl to all those playing the market.
