There are isolated cases where users actually lost points if you were transferring points to the sportbook or from the sportbook its possible you lost points. This can be corrected easily by our live help and we can have the issue resolved.

Yeah I mentioned this earlier in live chat and they said they would fix it, but just have not got to it yet, I'm sure you guys are swamped. It was 2 transfers, 1 for 40 and 1 for 71 right before the crash, totaling 111 points missing. It is all documented in my point transfer history and will show that I attempted the transfers and it was not successful. No biggie, it will all get worked out.
