Actually ATT is not the best network because of the Iphone all the data that Iphone users process per day bogs the flow of traffic and puts strain on the cell towers.That map that they showw on tv is accurate Verizon is actually the best carrier because they have the most cell towers across a broader swath of country.Unlocking youre Iphone allows you to tap into those different networks.
