1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the MLB Dinger Tuesdays Choose Your Own Reward promotion (the "Promotion"), where participants will receive a choice of rewards, each available for use only on the FanDuel Sportsbook, to wager on any Eligible Games (as defined below). Participants will be given a choice of: (i) one (1) profit boost token, available for use only on the FanDuel Sportsbook ("Sportsbook Profit Boost Token"), equal to fifty percent (50%) and available for use on a "To Hit a Home Run" wager, subject to the restrictions detailed in Section 5 below, placed on any Eligible Games (an "Eligible Wager") ("Promotion Option A") OR (ii) one (1) bet reset token, available for use only on the FanDuel Sportsbook ("Bet Reset Token"), available for use on a "To Hit a Home Run" Wager ("Promotion Option B"). Participants who select Promotion Option B and apply the Bet Reset Token to an Eligible Wager will receive bonus bets available for use only on the FanDuel Sportsbook ("Sportsbook Bonus Bet"), equal to the amount of their Eligible Wager, up to a maximum refund amount as specified on the Promotions Page, if their Eligible Wager loses.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 23, 2026, and end at 2:00 AM ET on June 24, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age (18+ in D.C., Kentucky, and Wyoming) and are physically present in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana (excluding the following parishes: Caldwell, Catahoula, Franklin, Jackson, LaSalle, Sabine, Union, West Carroll and Winn), Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming during the Promotion Period. How it works:

Choose the reward you want to use for Dinger Tuesday! To choose your reward, simply find the Choose Your Own Reward carousel card on the home page and click "Choose Reward". - 2.
After clicking "Choose Reward", the "Choose Your Own Reward" module will appear and you will see two (2) different options. All you need to do is select an option, click "Claim Reward", and your reward will be loaded up into your FanDuel Sportsbook Account, ready for use! You may only select ONE (1) reward. - 3.
Your options will consist of (i) One (1) Bet Reset Token OR (ii) One (1) 50% Profit Boost Token. Regardless of which option you select, your reward is eligible for use on a "To Hit a Home Run" wager for any MLB Games on June 23rd, 2026! - 4.
If you choose the Bet Reset Token and apply the Bet Reset Token to a wager, you will receive a refund in Bonus Bets, up to a maximum of Five Dollars ($5) should that wager lose. - 5.
If you choose the Profit Boost Token, there is a maximum wager of Ten Dollars ($10) associated with use of the Profit Boost Token. - 6.
Refund will be credited within 72 hours of bet settlement and will be issued as nonwithdrawable bonus bets that expire 7 days after receipt. - 7.
Payouts from Profit Boost Tokens include boosted winnings and the initial stake. - 8.
You must choose, claim, and use your reward prior to 2:00 AM ET on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026.
