Both are playing a few pre WCup games to assess. Sweden also has a final warm up on June 4th against Greece , while Norway play Morocco June 7th. With this game having deep rivalry overtones to it , i expect we see the majority of " A " list players , namely Haaland & Berge as well as Elanga and Isak. Gyokeres played minutes in the Ch League Final on Saturday for Arsenal so he is likely unavailable. The weather is sunny and 16c / 61f at game time

Zaragoza were confirmed as relegated a few weeks ago. Their last win was 10 games ago, in large part to a very long injury list that extended as the season came to a close. Malaga are battling for a semi final playoff spot to be promoted to La Liga with the big boys. They are healthy and inspired.

With yesterdays Ch League Final , the 2025/26 soccer season came to an end. The top 5 soccer leagues in Europe will start up again in August so all active sports and records were carried forward to this summer thread. With an added bonus of World Cup soccer commencing on June 11th , 2026 , i will have a separate thread for all things World Cup related , and track my results here as well. All positive input is always appreciated.
