Just my opinion:
*RAID Mendoza: I'm not gonna say that he's not good. He's polished. Just think his draft-stock rose too much.
...My instinct is that if we re-drafted in ten years, he wouldn't go #1. Hope he proves me wrong.
*RAMS Simpson: I view this guy as a huge bust. Comes out of a tradition-rich school where he was behind Milroe.
...I didn't see great mobility. Type of QB that HAS TO complete 70% of his passes to be effective.
*ARIZ Beck: Don't really like him. If he stayed at Georgia, I really think he might have gotten beat out by Stockton.
...Don't like his long arms and questionable athleticism. Didn't see the sharp pinpoint accuracy.
*PITT Allar: Surprisingly, I rate this is a great value pick. Was rated close to Mendoza's slot in recent past.
...Buy-low stock. It all went south for Penn St this year. Bad losses, HC canned and QB injured.
