Absolutely I agree! Let the kid learn and develop, he has pretty good support with Kirk, Brady, HC, and Tyler L their new center, future looks promising.

Best for all to do it that way. I'd play Cousins until their playoff shot is over.

I think Raiders can make a run for the playoffs with Cousins. The Chiefs are old and Denver and Chargers have peaked and will face tough schedule next season. I'd put some futures on Raiders to win the division with an experienced QB.
