Anthropic Claude is their only product! you cant make up the scam and scum of these exchanges we have to suffer with now. and reading the fine print it was worded as parent company..... how can you have these scammers as a sponsor here.

That is just a note posted to explain the grading. Not a rule change.

Sorry to not agree Try, but if Kalshi had graded it as YES like you want I think the NO bettors would have a WAY BETTER argument for a misgrade than you have put forward here.

could somebody who taped the superbowl rewatch and go to a place early right after 1st set of commercials as I recall where they came back and then say Anthropic is sponsor of the first half or whatever they said and showed. they mentioned a few companies at that point , this is a clear sponsorship segment and also would count , the anthropic claude ad obviously counts as well but this above also counts.

Last week out I signed up and was rejected. After doing research on reviews of people who've used it I'm glad that I was rejected. The impression is there is a lot of fine print nuances to their wager offerings and quibbling - I'll pass. Who needs the headaches when there are other options available. Oh and by the way their customer service sucks as well. Been waiting for nearly a week for a response to my query why I was rejected (just was curious).

What you seem to be missing is that the brand name Anthropic is not mentioned.

The market was if that brand was mentioned or not.

The rules page is very clear that the actual "struck" brand name is what the market was about.

It's not just 100% clear from those rules, it's inarguable that the market should be settled as a NO.

It's a big advantage to bettors having such detailed rules. Every year for SB there is people claiming offshores cheated them on props, and with very few published rules it was often impossible to mount a good argument over gradings.

Now someone with time could go through all these detailed rules and specifically look for instances where bettors might assume wrongly how it will work and take advantage of it.

In short, the market rules say it is graded on the last traded price before the death is confirmed. Not when it happened.

So a lot of money poured in late and crashed the odds.
