Have not gotten around to Kalshi or Polymarket yet, but the prediction market on Coinbase looks interesting.

Coinbase is using the Kalshi backend.

I Googled it even though I didn't really have to, as it's an exact match - they are partnered.

I like Kalshi straightforward for PGA tourneys. When your guy makes a real move forward you can shed enough "shares" and get a free bet that makes a huge multiple when it hits.

OR my option this weekend was SIMPLE. Load up on Scottie Scheffler. I scooped up his win at 27% & 34% on Saturday when he was basically a stroke off a teenager (Blades Brown, phenom with sudden Day 3 hype - but still completely inexperienced) and a mid-level S. Korean pro, named Kim. The field, which wasn't that strong to begin with, didn't have many top guys in contention.

Final round ... Scheffler is Scheffler and wins by 5 strokes while the Kim and the kid combine for +2 over par.

So much better than betting on FanDuel where you're penalized for hopping off your golfer.

Have you noticed if the fees end up exactly the same between Kalshi and Coinbase?

Nice! Mutli day events and knockout tourneys like March Madness where you can trade in and out as sentiment shifts are very well suited to the system.

I used to work the 4 day F1 events like that on Betfair years ago, but the liquidity on motor racing died on Betfair and destroyed the fun. Be interested to see how F1 pans out on Kalshi when the season starts in March.

Ok that’s interesting it’s actually using Kalshi as a backend. Will have to see how fees are. Still haven’t made a play using it but will see.

They don’t offer any over/under plays.

                This looks tempting.
