I used to lift alot of weights and loved Arnold of course. He was really big into working out in the forest etc....being outside in Austria. Jiri is not the greatest fighter and has a weird style, but training in the forest, etc probably builds cardio more then just working out in a gym. Idk? Whatever it is...his cardio is his best weapon
