Bookmaker ... SGP question.

So, I had a 2 team SGP in the NFL. One side pushed, one side won. The bet was graded as a NO BET. Then I went on chat & asked if one side lost & one side pushed, it will graded as a LOSS. Does this seem fair? ...vs a traditional 2 team parlay where one side pushed it reverts to a straight bet, & if one side losses of course it's a loss, but with this SGP formula if one side wins you don't anything for it.

Nevermind...I think the chat representative was incorrect. In my example of a 2 team SGP, if one side losses & one side pushes it should result in a NO BET & not a loss as I dig into the rules online.
