Thomised me a no sweat bet for my $1500 long ago and never mentioned that I had to do anything but place my first bet. now, they say I needed a token that I never saw to available to apply. They lost my business. Offer me a new token. They are scammers. I talked with them long ago and had exactly 1500 and they said you are signed up for promo. Now they say token had to be applied that was never available.

Unfortunately the offer wording is pretty specific that you are awarded a "First Bet Token".
I'm not seeing much room to mount an argument that they must honor your bet without the token applied if they flat out refuse to. :\

I think the best you are going to do is a do over like they already offered.

It's tough when the written terms are accessible and say something different to what you were told. We can't argue that they hid them or are not following them.
