Thomised me a no sweat bet for my $1500 long ago and never mentioned that I had to do anything but place my first bet. now, they say I needed a token that I never saw to available to apply. They lost my business. Offer me a new token. They are scammers. I talked with them long ago and had exactly 1500 and they said you are signed up for promo. Now they say token had to be applied that was never available.

Unfortunately the offer wording is pretty specific that you are awarded a "First Bet Token".
I'm not seeing much room to mount an argument that they must honor your bet without the token applied if they flat out refuse to. :\

I think the best you are going to do is a do over like they already offered.

It's tough when the written terms are accessible and say something different to what you were told. We can't argue that they hid them or are not following them.
I think your best chance is to make an appeal that they were misleading in the offer made to you Makaveli

If you have any emails or chat transcripts with them to back up your story you should attach those as well

MGM is 100% better then DK...atleast for me as a smaller player. I might bet $300-$400 every once in a while, but usually $50-$150 a game. They boost the $25 parlays and I've hit alot of those. They gave me $30 free bet for the Bengals Rams SB and I hit the Rams RB (name escapes me?) for 1st reception for $600
DK won't give you shit. Only time I liked them was a $50 max SGP boost for MLB about 3 years ago. I was hitting those right and left $50 for anywhere up to a $175-$325 return. They stopped them after the AS break that year.
Fanatics is my new fav. Lines are the best. On props they might be 6-8 yds lower then the restComment
