You are correct. It doesn't say before the game kicks off. Maybe because it was Week 1 or because there were games on extra days, Andy let it slide. Up to him I guess.

We allowed the few that came in late to stand since they picked games that hadn't started and it was a short window of the contest being open.

Going forward, please submit picks prior to 12:00 PM ET on Saturday.
