    Sportsbooks cloning other book's lines
Skybook is the most obvous. Sometimes they'll just copy Bookmaker on certain days. Every line move is the same. Do they do it out of laziness or is it just to throw off people watching their numbers?

it seems that most everyone is now using AI/Bot or just cloning. There is human intervention in writing the code for the AI. Some still look for 50/50. The lines maker job is fading away.

So do they have the permission of the other book to do that?

I doubt it in most cases.

Sites like Pinny who offer a paid B2B API service would be an exception.
