I've been reading updates as they come along but thankfully he survived this scary ordeal and wishing him the best and hopefully no further setbacks. He is very mentally strong coming from a wrestling background, so he will fight the good fight to recover.Comment -

1) NCAA wrestling: 2x national champ
2) MMA: Successful career. Did take two noted losses very late in his career.
The part that people might be LESS aware of:
3) Ben and brother Max launched the AWA (Askren Wrestling Academy) in Wisconsin.
...AWA has become arguably the best wrestling club in the USA. At least one of the more respected clubs.
