Every book offshore had at least a total of 20 1/2 for the first half of the Vikes/Texans game. Every US book (except 365) had a total 19 1/2. It lands on 20 and I had under in the US.
Shoot me. lol

Offshore has better lines and prices. If you are playing at most of the US books you are pissing away money every time you place a wager.

Reviewing line histories: what I'm seeing is lots of US regulated sportsbooks were 19.5 early in the morning, then closed 20.5 at kickoff. Circa was under 20.5 even money for a full hour before the game started. IGT sportsbooks opened at 20.5. Fanduel was one of the very few, but they were shaded to like 019.5 -138 the night before. Draftkings only moved there about 15 minutes before close, MGM only about five minutes before.
More outs is always better, but we still have to make good bets. In this sample size of one, it's the US books with the better odds, giving us much more opportunity to beat the closing lines.
(in Las Vegas, stations gave us o17 a week out for anyone who wanted to spend a day driving around the city)
