I disagree with this analysis of getting rich.

Unless these guys are homosexuals, the main reason a man tries to get rich is to get more women. Women make men feel great. Rich guys can spend their money on fine women, that is the main reason men chase money, because with money comes women.

And what are you guys talking about making 100k and being a nobody? People who make 100k where I live are rich. Guys with masters degrees start out at 25-30k and many of them max out around 50k. Yall must live in some inflated areas of the country.

It starts with the mind and you will receive what you are thinking. All thoughts are alive and one needs to learn to strike out the negative ones. Always be analyzing yourself and not others. Judge no one. We are only mirrors of each other and your judgement of another needs to be reverted to yourself.

It normally takes 5-8 years to master anything. It does take the effort, extra, and hours. Hardest thing in life is motivation. Trick is to discover what it is that you do love and tackle that. The internet is full of opportunities and making alot of people rich. Don't be a quitter. If one thing fails move on to another. I am sure that you are full of get rich schemes but simply too lazy to tackle them. Name your last effort at becoming successful. How hard did you really try? Why did you fail? Simply fix that.

Suicide is a long term solution to short term problem. Myself, I am a blacksheep but have learn to live my role in life but will never quit trying.

There is alot of benefits to having nothing. Get a backpack and hit the road. I explored Paris, London, Brussel, and Amsterdam four different times with each trip worth a million and an experience above most others. My expertice in life is trying everything once and purpose of being here is to learn by having the experience.

If one wants to act like the rich then first off hang out with the rich. Go to there cities, walk their streets, visit their hang outs. If you want to be rich then learn to act and talk the way that they do. Use the fake gold they won't know. If you want to be one of them by all means do so. Myself I rather stay me.

No you don't. First thing you have to do is quit whining and trying to garner others sympathy.

Get off your ass. Take some risks. Identify opportunties and take advantage of them.

That's the mentality you need to have.

Strip down everyone with anything, and we are all nobodies. Here is a word of advice for you. "Get busy living, or get busy dying", because you will be doing one or the other whether you like it/believe it or not.

Some very good advice in this thread. I still think you should start shooting losers. Weather that be a man that has children all over the place that he never cared about or a slimy politician in a suit. I think you would feel better about yourself!

Here is a plan for Pecos.

Don't work, don't get an education. Sit inside your shitty apartment and post on SBR.

Save up all your points for the next 40 years and certainly by then you should be able to afford all the things you want.

Hard work and an education will get you nowhere.

Posting and crying are the keys to success.

john mayer calls this a quarter-life crisis.

take some chances and make some things happen.

This is SO true! People will not talk about the material things you had when you die. I have lost friends and family members and when their names come up in a conversation, I don't remeber anyone saying "Wow, he had a nice car" or "Boy, he sure had the cash, didn't he?"...no, it is about what kind of person he/she was...their character, things thay say that made you laugh or cry...

Too much emphasis on material things. How many of you have done a good deed and never told anyone? Try it, it may be the best thing you ever did!

Listen man, money isn't everything but happiness is. However, you don't seem happy either. Confidence is everything. Go get some nice clothes, save up some money, and when you are around the ladies just be confident. The girls like confident guys not the guy who is too shy to hold a conversation. You will be alright.

Honestly, if Pecos is even remotely legit here-----and this isn't bs.......then he needs a punch in the face with a 2" by 4".

What 25 year thinks they are entitled to a 10,000 square foot house, a Bentley, and wads of cash and DOESN'T want to work hard to get those things?

That isn't the mind of an adult----that is the mind of a 5 year old who wanted the larger box of Legos instead of the shitty box they got.

you are just 25...so there is plenty of time to make your dreams come true.
But fuk expensive cars or homes...you don't need that shit...owning a nice ferrari cost you $20k a year in maintenance and insurance...not to mention the cost of the car...so just with this money you can live stress free few years.
Remember, 90% people around you don't have shit, the cars, homes and other things are brought on credit...they are 2 paychecks away from losing everything.
you have a very solid perspective on life...but you also crave for some meaningless very expensive shit...

This may shock you, but some wealthy people actually have had to WORK to get what they have earned.

It is true there are morons like Paris Hilton who are born into wealth, but there are also plenty of self-made men and women who work 16-18 hours a day to get where they are. Bill Gates wasn't born wealthy, he worked hard, cheated some, and is brilliant. Gates will never be accused of being lazy and he didn't bitch about the fact that he didn't live in a large enough home at age 25.

Warren Buffett lives in a 2300 square foot home-----and he is worth 43 billion dollars. Buffett worked 7 days/week, 18 hour days trying to drum up business when he was 30 years old.

Being wealthy isn't a hard life---but acquiring wealth requires a great deal of work sans winning the powerball.

Go get some nice clothes, save up some money, and when you are around the ladies just be confident. The girls like confident guys not the guy who is too shy to hold a conversation. You will be alright.

I am a Democrat and have 8 kids I would rather let the goverment support me and my family. Free housing, food, and spending money. We live well. We have Satellite TV, High Speed Internet, a big screen TV, a WII, every luxury imaginable. Me and my wife smoke atleast 2 packs of cigarettes everyday and I drink about 18 beers a day. Most nights I stay up till 2am and don't wake till nearly noon. THANK YOU TAXPAYERS, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Thats my lifestyle Pecos and as I said I am happy as hell, Pecos join myself and the millions of other Americans who are being supported by the goverment..
