As you've pointed out the biggest difficulty here is one primarily one of application design. The rest of the task is fairly rote programming, which probably isn't the most economical use of my time. This really isn't an easy app to brand SBR.

You best bet is to fully spec out the code you want, and then hire someone off rentacoder.com.
