    Western Union questions
I should know the answers to these, but it's been soooooo long since I even considered sending a ** that I'm rusty. Any help from someone that's been using them recently would be appreciated.

    1) When you send in person at an in-store location, at what $ level does the person behind the counter require ID? (I believe that <$1000 USED TO require ID, but that's years ago, so it might have changed.)

    2) If you try to send via the ** website, do they require your SS# (or some other ID) regardless of the amount sent? Or is it, again, only required if above a certain $ amount.

    Thanx crew!

I believe some people saying its $990.00. But there are certain ** locations that require ID for all transactions.

As for the ** website, my book for some reason isn't taking credit card for ** which means I can't send the money through the ** website. The ** website doesn't require your SS# I think.

I never actually sent money through **, do they ask you questions because sending money to countries like Peru, Costa Rica, etc. can be fishy.

I think it says so on the form when sending more than $3,000
But they ask for ID when sending over $1,000. and that I know for sure.

IF you send over internet, you have to sign up with them and fill out more info about yourself.

        <1000 for ** and <900 for moneygram i think.

moneygram is much cheaper...less than 1/5 of the fee, but since the books will reemburse your fees, i would rather go with ** because more locations.

              pags,

              99%

Even if you don't see ** listed as a deposit option on their webpage, just give them a call or do a live chat. They will likely accomidate you until books get more deposit options.

Don't know exactly, but probably a higher percentage than the % of people that will be stiffed by Neteller.

I used moneygram to fund Full Tilt, was shocked at how low the rate was.

                      hey drunken,

why don't you go suck your girlfriend's cock?...

                      LT profits,

Thanks...wasn't aware of that because most of the books I do business with don't have it listed on their website as an option, yet almost every option they have listed you can't use if you are a U.S. customer....

most likely but they might have a minimum deposit in order to get a refund of ** fees.

                              also,

have anyone ever used the westernunion.com method?
almost all books only allow cash tranfers, how would we use the online method?

You prolly need to call the book for this. Maybe you can send a debit. I wouldn't do anything with a credit card. Credit cards lead to headaches come cashout time.

Rephrase your question. Yes it's an additional way to fund books, it's similar to Neteller in that capacity, but the quality/ease of service and the convienence in no way match what Neteller used to offer. (For the U.S. atleast)

Hey, like Randal in Clerks, I like to expand my horizons!

Seriously, given the advantage of hiding behind your keyboard, I would think you could come up with more creative insults than this. You disappoint me son.

P.S. Where does the "stiff" count stand with Neteller? Last time I checked, it was holding steady at zero, but I might have missed one.
