I just called the cs # to ask if interbook transfers are eligible for the bonuses described above. The rep said she didn't know, and she had to ask her manager who was not in the office at the time. Her advice was to call back later.

Can you shed some light on this? Are interbook transfers eligible for the Super Bowl bonus (I already have a Bet Jam account, so this would be a reload)?

Yesterday when I called and asked this question, the rep did not know the answer and no manager was available. I was told to call back.

Today, they told me that Security had to run some checks to see if my account is eligible for the bonus, and to call back yet again. They did not connect me to a manager, even though I asked. They still haven't told me if the interbook transfer is eligible for the bonus.

Why do some people on this forum recommend Bet Jam? They can't even answer a legitimate and simple question!

Its a very solid book, but you have to talk to Scotty, herman or Shayla, otherwise I can't understand the clerks well enough to tell you if the service is good or not. If betjm offered a betting menu like Cris or oly I would give them
90 percent of my business.
