Who fukkin cares, is he going to seduce you?? Stevey if your secure with yourself you will not let it go far if he tries something on you. When I had hair and got haircuts some guys were gay and I flirted with them as a fukking game and it was funny. I would let him put his fingers on my neck as he cut and pretended he was seducing me. I have had times when they asked me my size and once I said I was 2.5" they backed off like I was a fukkin monster or weirdo. Stevey have fun with it!!!!

I am a barber guy myself.

10 dollars, buzz it up, tip Charlie 5, out the door.

But, my tailor is gay, and is pretty flamboyant. The way I see it---each to his own. I have to spend 20 minutes getting my shirts altered, it isn't going to shorten my life, and I don't see it being contagious.

Yes, they have the best sense of fashion/style. My barber has been cutting my hair for 8 years now and yes , he is gay but he knows I'm not cut that way and I'll break his face off if he tries anything. He rather get his $10 tip

I don't care at all for the very flamboyant gay, more NORMAL acting gay?? I actually LIKE them for reasons mentioned, great fashion sense, creative, intelligent..but the flamboyant ones annoy the hell outta me.

Build a bridge with the girl who has cut your hair, make it be established that you get your hair cut with her. you are the customer, you are allowed to go to who you prefer. If he wasn't flamboyant I'd say yes absolutely let a gay cut your hair.

They say if your in an all male shower room you have a 75% chance of getting hard not because your gay but more of an environment thing and more thinking "I Better never get fukkin hard or I am done" You know what you get hard because your putting so much pressure on yourself. True. On both accounts. No easy answer, unfortunately. I had envisioned a scenario wherein you could establish with the girl in advance of your arrival there that you liked the way that your hair came out when she cut it therefore you wanted to have her when you came there...

I can't think of any "tactful" way, in the moment like on the fly, to save yourself from being at the mercy of the flamboyant gay

and him sensing your disdain for him and the haircut coming out badly. dude my old barber for like 6 years back in miami is gay.. now i live in san jose and i haven't found a replacement really yet.. just trying new people out.. i tell you what .. i miss my old gay barber..

with a gay barber you are almost guaranteed to get a great hair cut.. like jj said.. have fun with it.. they are usually really polite and clean man.. plus they always have good "cheese" on everyone and what is going on around town...

I go to this place to get cut that has nothing but smokin hot ass that works there. Except for one girl who is chunky, has butter face, wears glasses, shyer than shit, never says a word except hello and thank you after she gets her 80% tip and gives the best haicut outta all of em combined. I always walk in and never have to wait since any other guy in there has requested one of the big tittied blondes that do a shitty job to try and score a date. So I get the best of both worlds since I get a great haircut and sit there and stare at all the big fake

that half of them have had some dumbshit buy for them.
