I made a withdraw request THUR. and IT IS STILL IN MY MATCHBOOK account... WTF..? I have been trying all morning to call but I keep getting an all circuts are busy recording and live chat is not available now... For how much everyone here sucks their d*ck ....I expected better...

oh.. yeah actually there is.. sorry I didn't update it... I called and talked to a CS Rep and she said they were waiting on ID and CC to be faxed.. I told her I sent my id front and back and FIVE... FIVE cards front and back... She said.. "oh yeah I see them right here"... She processed it and said the check will be on it's way... I asked her to take it out of my MB account which she did right away so all is well... I never did get through via phone but the live chat ended up working after a few hours...

BTW I was only irritated because that's the second time it's happened in as many times.. The first time it took them four days to send me an email asking me to fax in the info...
