Jazz Neteller payout question

Hello..what do you guys think:
If a book tells you Neteller payouts are not available atm, because of a communication problem. Techs working on it, estimated time 1-2 weeks..

Me well i would be worried if it was a crap book and immeditately think that they simply dont have $$$ on Neteller, but Jazz is one of the top books out there (for Pros anyway) imo.
Iam slightly worried thou, coz that never happened before at Jazz, they are very fast with payouts usually.

In any case, I always loaded mine through Neteller and not through the book. What am I missing here?

Iam not from the U.S., and Neteller is still an option at Jazz.
My question was if it makes sense that they told me they can´t payout to my Neteller account atm, because of technical difficulties.

The error message when requesting funds from the NT site suggests the account is unfunded.

Yeah my thoughts also Santo..not good if they are not honest about it imo.

Both their two merchant accounts ( ABC/LOOSELINES and JAZZ ) are unfunded. If you try to request a Neteller withdraw ...

Request for $2,500.00 from Jazz Sports account declined.
Jazz Sports will not be able process your request at this time.

This started in mid July. They told me they are not sure that they will fund their Neteller account again because they are not having Neteller "movement" ( deposits ). Would'nt be better at this point to take out Neteller as a payment option on their deposits/withdrawals page?

In their favour i have to say that i could PROMPTLY withdraw with other methods and their customer service is very friendly so no problems.

This is only an issue with Neteller as a payment option.

Well, this isn't just about Neteller. They had no funds in their Moneybookers merchant account last month and gladly admitted to it. Strange sportsbook indeed...

They have removed Moneybookers as an option on their site completely.

Update: Now they admitted the account is empty, "as more people take Neteller payouts at the moment than depositing".

Feel free to discuss, as iam not sure what to think now.

When I got the same message from Jazz some months ago, I made a large btb to CRIS and got it without problems.

300?!.....Damn, they're just cleaning up on those. First time I did one, it cost me $50 to The Greek. Next time, same amount transferred cost me $100....Guess I got it when it was still "cheap".....

I paid nothing at all. I expected to have a 1 time roll over at CRIS so I rolled the money over 1 time+.
