    NUcharge Payout Issues
Just when I thought Bodog got its act together we have found yet another unreliable processor. I recently made three withdrawls from Bodog to NUcharge. The money was transferred from Bodog to NUcharge in no time. NUcharge promised that via e-check the money would be delivered within 3-5 business days. Now it says it will clear in under 10 business days. I called them to see if that would be the case for the August 1 and August 2 withdrawls. Their response is that they will try to deliver the funds when promised but can't guarantee anything.

The worst part of it is that on two of these withdrawls I'm going to pay a combined $50 in fees between Bodog and NUcharge to not get paid when promised. UNREAL!!!!!

      Get this...

      I withdrawal $852 to NuCharge.

I ask for them to wire it, the money is now no longer available.

They tell me all wires are failing and it will take 10 days to officially fail. They will also take a $45 fee for this failed wire. After 10 days I can access the money again.

They promise they are sending me an ATM card which I can use to withdrawal and they said would come today (it didn't).

So they are basically holding my $800+ captive, IMO. I can't access it, they charged me $45 for a wire transfer that is doomed to fail (yet still let me request it!) and all echeck withdrawal's I have tried in the past have been declined.

I am going to withdrawal all my money back to Bodog as soon as this wire fails (they have 5 more business days if they say 10). It is better waiting 6 weeks for a check then putting up with this, imo, untrustworthy company.

I do not know by whom. All I know is I requested it on the
26th with correct routing numbers, etc... and it showed up in NuCharge as "declined" the next day. They have no problem taking money from my checking account though... I have been depositing via echeck with them for months.

Will do. I am not a big player by any means, $852 represents a lot to me.

Did you check with NuCharge to find out why the echeck withdrawal was declined? Please keep us updated.

My ********** charges were instanenous. Echeck charges showed up out of my bank account the next business day.

Maritime: When I asked NuCharge they opened a support ticket for me b/c "no supervisor was on duty". They closed it 17 hours later with no explanation or resolution. As I said earlier, I am wholly dissatisifed with NuCharge right now.

I don't know, but either **** or Nucharge are getting screwed here because, one or the other is missing 2k.

I finally got NuCharge to cancel my wire after eight (8) days and refund the $45 service fee. I promptly moved all my money to Bodog where I asked for a check withdrawal (and was charged a $20 service fee).

I am not planning on using NuCharge anymore, which means no more BoDog for me either.

                          Hi guys,

I recently made 4 payments though bodog with the instant check. 1 went though, but the other were declined. Bodog cancelled my account, and there is a negative balance. If I dont pay them, can they come after me for the delinquent balance?

No but I would close out any credit card or bank account they have on file because they will keep trying to hit it over and over again.
