when i put the address in the address bar, it goes to google search engine. when i click on the pinnacle link it goes to the " internet explorer cannot display the web page" page. when i click "diagnose connection problems" it comes back as " cannot with ww pinnaclesport com(i.p.address) network diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response.
I have contacted customer support and they are lookin into it. I tried unplugging my modem and router and resetting but that didn't help. its odd that is they only website i can't get onComment -

Just got this email from customer service:
Dear Client,
Our IT Department advises that the IP address you provided has been accessing the site excessively or is using robotic tools. When we notice this type of activity, the IP address is blocked from our site.
We understand our clients want to update lines, but expect this to be done in a reasonable manner. Rather than use the refresh button, clients may use the Dynamic Lines Display option which is available on most of our pages.
Accounts who use robotic tools to access our site are also blocked. Instead, these account holders should review the XML option on our menu.
The reason we take this action is to avoid possible performance problems at Pinnacle Sports, which may effect all our clients.
