Big arbs at BetOnline ???

I haven't seen anything like this at this book before and I gotta ask.

Right now on MLB runlines I am seeing (I'll reference Pinny but Matchbook has similar numbers):

tex+1.5 -125 @ BOL
(TOR-1.5 +136 at Pinn)

OAK+1.5 -150 @ BOL
(laa-1.5 +159 at Pinn)

These have been sitting there for a good half hour. There was another big one there for awhile but it has more-or-less evened out.

I feel like they're trying to suck me in for an erroneous line shot-taking. Something doesn't feel right. Can anyone else with a BOL account confirm they are seeing these lines?

tex/TOR game just went off and they finally adjusted laa/OAK to consensus-type numbers.

Not sure what I've learned there.

It reminded me of the old VO books. Sometimes they would profile players and if they decided you were a dog player, they would give you lines that were so crappy for dogs, they would become decent sized arbs on the favorite side.

I don't remember them ever claiming erroneous line when you played them. After you hit them a few times, they would just put you back on the other lines.

Looking over my history at BOL, it is a fairly even distribution of dogs and favorites so that probably doesn't apply anyway.

With 5K limits, if I had've hit the 3 arbs I was looking at when I signed in, it would have been a guaranteed ~$800 (assuming no voids).

It just didn't feel right though.
