Herschel looked like a seasoned. Honestly, that was ridiculous. His first fight ever? that's amazing. He showed skills in every aspect of mma. i've seen guys in the ufc who don't show that much well-roundedness.

All this being said. he was fight greg nagy. but still. very impressive.

This matchup was made so he could win like this. Now they hype up his next fight or two and then he is in over his head and gets obliterated by someone who can exploit his weakness.

man. you guys have to give herschel a lot of credit. his first fight ever. in any organization. at 47 years old. and he didn't come out and just manhandle some punk or Ko some bitch. he fought a real fight and showed a lot. he deserves a lot of credit.

Herschel looks great for a 47 year old man. The dude is ripped and looked ok for just picking up the sport.

Not to thread hijack but what a KO by Lawler. That was unreal. One of the greatest knockouts that I have ever seen in MMA.

Guy has work ethic second to none.

Will have to look for this on youtube to see how he did.

47 is very old at anything, but he is an amazing athlete and has the drive like no other. Some of these guys are not on an elite level in this sport and he can get some good wins but likely not reach the pinnacle.

Looks like he could have gone another 3rounds easy, didn't even look tired at all. He has a long way to go, but there is some good potential in him for MMA.

Kimbo would gas in 60 seconds and he is no 47 . Absolutely impressive for a guy who has just picked up the sport . He is no champion bout material but I would rather watch a honest and hard working man like him over Kimbo vs Alexander . Doesn't seem to be like Kimbo has tried to turn into a real MMA fighter since he started and it has been in a while , Walker has displayed great skills today even tho not against any good fighter but still .
