I remember when people were screaming this is an A or even an A+ book. Now it is fairly obvious that they are not in the A group just yet. Give them time. These sites like BP have huge backends and databases and a lot to work through in the first year or two. Every month they will get better as they wrestle and solve all the issues. I trust them.
