Gotta love those Miscut 67's. I remember when I used to collect more modern, I had a very hard time with the 67's. Lots and lots of miscuts from that issue.

Enjoyed it as a kid very much. When I was younger, I always wanted the good stuff. As an adult and what I have done with my life, I have been able to collect just about as much as I want and have all the fun with it. It is my 1st passion in life. I am more into PreWar than anything in the World.

Illini very cool stuff. If I had the disposable income I surely would be going back in time to acquire some of the investment cards as well. The history behind those cards are priceless. I agree you have to know what your doing though. You dont wanna shell out big bucks for what ends up being a fake. Those probably dont have as much attention to make a fake as say a 1921 ruth or later, but I am sure fakes do exist somewhere.

I remember when Upper Deck came out they were all the rage. I got almost a full box once and got like 7-8 of those Griffey's in one. Had buddies who got boxes looking for it and would be lucky to get one in a whole box.

i think they were worth like $7-8 in that 1st year.
