Which Electronic Devices has these?

I know there are so many different handheld electronic things out there (iPhone, Blackberry etc..)

I'm basically looking for a device that:

1. Can connect me to the Internet. (high priority)
-This includes being able to see the webpages as you would on a normal PC
-Be able to see SBRLines
-Be able to go on a book site and long in and make a wager

2. Has to be handheld (high priority)
-Not a laptop or iPad
-Must be cell phone or Blackberry sized

3. Could also be a phone (although not essential; medium priority)

4. Doesn't need to be able to play music or download apps or anything like that (low-no priority)

how exactly does the iPhone work for Internet? do i have to get a monthly $30/mth plan, or can i just do pay-as-you-go which is basically $10/mth minimum. also, does the internet work anywhere, or do i have to be in a special zone? i know for my regular cell phone, i can connect to internet anywhere, but it is just the mobile versions of certain website that i can access.

I just basically need something where I can enter a wager or check lines when I'm not in front of a computer. So i'd be using it maybe 9 or 10 times per mth just for that.

You have to get a plan and on top of the plan you have to get the Internet. I'm on my phone posting now, and yes you can post just about everywere. It's beyond great.

well is there something where i can connect to the internet that's small/portable and can connect to the internet. phone is not necessary, music is not necessary.

my cell phone right now is old and it is kind of what i'm looking for, except when you connect to internet it only gives me sites that have mobile versions (can't see sbrlines, can't go to pinny)
