Almost all those I use have no payout fee

The only one I've found no way to avoid it is Jazz - and the fee is steep!

Greek's fee is waived if you've done business during each of the last 4 weeks

Bookmaker/CRIS/DSI all have free Friday payouts

Pinnacle has one free payout per month

No fees at all with the Aussie books, Betfair, SBO, 188, 12bet, Mansion

Majority of European books have no deposit or withdrawal fees and the list is too long to mention, however their sign bonuses are poor in comparison the US books.

If you can more specific as to what markets (sports & type of odds) you are most interested in and what bet sized you are looking for I can be more specific with recommendation.

yeah agree most of the European books have no deposit or withdrawal fees and in asian books as well. I'm not sure but I have my own account and it is free of charge everytime I made payoouts.
