Has anyone received any checks from sportsbook.com and the bank was apparently located in lebanon. If you have got one of these, has anyone had a problem cashing it or depositing it. Just looks a little shady, but could be wrong. Looking for input.

Hell yeah you're wrong... This is not uncommon for money to be stashed there... They don't care if you gamble, sell drugs, or sell prostitutes... NOT TO MENTION IT'S TAX FREE... Tax breaks are why most credit card companies are based in Delaware... With those two points in mind why do you think there is SEVERAL HUNDRED BILLION dolloars stashed there by other countries from all over the world..? London and New York are some of the few places in the world that have as much or more in one city...Comment -
Have not received one of these checks from Lebanon, but again haven't made a withdraw from there in quite awhile. When I did it took about three weeks to get it in my hands after the request. The check I received was one from a Las Vegas bank and had no problems depositing or cashing the check. The check cleared my bank within two business days.Comment -
Thats the strangest thing I've heard in a while. I guess it could be true. I don't know how the bank would react if you tried to cash a check from Beirut. Thats f!@#ing hilarious. Is it possible to get flagged for terrorist ties? Lebanon may be on the list of countries we don't do business with. Hope no one sends me one of those Lebanon checks....f@#! that.Comment -
