Wow, what a coincidence. I got the same info in an e-mail from the poster formerly known as ovechkin8. I mean, is that not just crazy or what?! Two different posters that don't have any knowledge of the other one, and they have the exact same thoughts and predictions for the future of SBR.

The hotsportsplay dude doesn't like me too much right now, and to put me in my place he sent me one of his promo e-mails, beating his chest about going 3-0 one day recently. While I am impressed with anyone that can win consistently when it comes to wagering, I'm still not sure I could trust this guy since the e-mail he sent me also included the e-mail addresses for his entire client base. Not exactly what you'd call looking after and respecting your customer's privacy.

I agree that SBR is self-destructing. You can only cater to the lowest common denominator for so long, before paying the price. Anybody with anything of value to say will end up doing so somewhere else, and this place will be left to the lunatics that are already running the asylum. It is hard to believe that a once sharp place has become so dumbed down. Unf*cking real. And so unnecessary. A little bit of moderating could have kept things in check. Anyway, too late to turn the clock back.

Would have to disagree with your assessment, Pavy. To begin with, I might be able to sway 26 out of 50 people to vote for me, but it would require a lot more backers than that since I would need to gain approval from the whole county.

Secondly, there's no way in hell that I could lower my standards and run as a member of the elephants. And in this by-gawd, ultra-conservative area, you're either a GOP candidate or you're a member of one of the runner-up parties.

Lastly, having spent all of this life as a member of the human race, a few skeletons have taken up residence in my proverbial closet. My experience with a couple of strippers and subsequent run-in with the law about 25 years ago in Houston would be enough for many to not vote for me.
