SBROdds question...(and maybe possible free bet/scalp scenario?)

How are Legends College Basketball odds changing even as I type this, but when I log into Legends, there are no CBB lines available yet.

Bookmaker has BYU at +1
On SBR Odds- Legends has New Mexico at +1.5

If the lines happen to be like this at the same time, a Possible free bet/scalp scenario? But not if the lines aren't listed.

No, Bookmaker still has BYU +1, but Legends has BYU at -1.5 on the SBR Odds.

But when I log into Legends, there are no lines for CBB listed right now. Just curious how Legends CBB odds are being updated on SBR Odds, when on Legends website there are no CBB lines available yet.
