Friend is handing out superbowl parlays. Is there an outline somebody has, or superbowl parlays from previous years?

#8No talking about the parlays people hand out usually with 3-10 teamers you can play. I already have the format for nfl regular season, I need examples of the outline, setup, or format of how to "setup" the superbowl parlay.Comment -

#9I used to run parlay cards. Are you wanting a setup like that but instead of teams to choose from you want props with payout odds?Comment -

#15Kinda along the same subject, does anyone here have parlay card design software?
When I used to run them I had a close friend who ran a printing business. We set up the basic design similar to the one above in Quark so every Monday morn I would email him the teams with lines numbered & he would email me a proof. Then he would deliver them to me about 6:00 monday evening & it was on. He had the machinery to number the top & bottom & to perforate the bottom. Real professional on good stock. He charged me very little & was well worth it.
Well, a few years later my girlfriend & I started our own business & brought him in as sort of a partner in the sense that we used him for our printing jobs & he cut us a hell of a deal. It was beautiful, I did the sales, she did the design, he did the printing & we were all making a killing. Long story short, I left her and the business and they are married!
I haven't run card in a few years now but thinking about doing it for football season next year & I guess the best way would be to do them myself. I have a pretty heavy duty printer but those damn cartridges are so expensive.Comment -

#19No, I never did a super bowl card with props, but have played them. I ran a card very similar to the one I showed every week during football season. Actually I had 2 cards for pro & college. Most everybody would play what's called 5 on 5. Pick 5 teams for 5 bucks pays $100.
It paid regular parlay odds for 3-10 teamer but 5 on 5 was just a special I did & had it listed on the card with the odds. Anybody will put $5 to have a chance to win $100 plus their five back. I would probably print 200 each & end up collecting at least 300 of them. At $5 minimum that's a chunk of change. You have to pay out every now & then but nothing major usually.Comment -

#22Id get anywhere from $700-$1500 just depending on how hard I worked at it. I used to have all the whores in the bars & the bartenders all over town distributing them for me. They are numbered on the top & bottom of each card. I would collect the small bottom part with the customers name on the back & the money. If it hit I knew what bar it came from & would take them the money.Comment -

#25I had one bar I hung out in all the time. Everyone knew they could find me there or someone there knew where I was. I would start handing cards out on Monday evening when my print guy dropped them off at the bar. I would usually ride around to every bar in town & bullshit a while have a beer & give x amount of cards to my guy there. So the guys playing the cards would turn them back into him through the week, probably 70% of the players didn't know I was even involved.
Then on Fri eve Fri night I would pick the stubs & money up from them or they would deliver them to the bar & I would pay them their commission on however much money they brought.
Every now & then I'd get a cowboy who thought he would hold a big one out on me & sure as shit it would hit, he would get his ass kicked by someone wanting their money & I wouldn't let him earn anymore so he was fuked!Comment -

#26The player keeps the top part with the teams, lines, & odds on it & they circle the teams they took. They circle the #'s on the bottom that correspond with #'s at the top & tear it off. They put their name on it & their play, like 20 on 3 or 5 on 5, & phone# if they want & turn that in with the money.
I would # them by week. Like week 9 would be
#90001-90500 for pro
#9001-9500 for college
See, If I don't have that bottom stub with a # that matches the top part with a # who do I pay? That's why when somebody says "I played one of your cards last week & it hit, I want my money" If I didn't have that stub that means the bartender or whoever I had working for me pulled a slick one & pocketed the money thinking the guy wouldn't hit.Comment -

#27The trick is, If I give someone 30 cards to collect on, I want 30 cards back! If he only has 20 stubs with money that's fine but I want the other 10 cards. Sometimes though you give 10 to your buddy who takes them to the frat house & brings 7 back & says he didn't know he was supposed to bring the others. That's fine, because if he's lying & held the money no big deal, it's gonna happen. But when that card hits his buddy thinks he turned it into the bookie & is looking for his friend to give him his money he collected, when he doesn't have the $250 bucks cause he held the card they aren't friends anymore!Comment
