typically what are these books taking in per year? this formula:

gross receipts (player deposits)
- player payouts
- processor fees
-------------------
gross profit

what's their gross profit? i've heard a lot of different things, i'd like some opinions.

i'd like pre-neteller and post-neteller opinions
