Bamboo is not bad and easy to install. I have top of the line hardwood in the place and I like them, easy to clean. Tile is ok especially in Florida where as it keeps the place cooler. Concrete, rugs and linoleum are outdated . I have guys in your area that can install.

Linoleum is actually making a comeback JJ.........more fashionable and very eco friendly...........check into that if you haven't recently.

Thanks for the response...........never thought about tile in terms of being cooler..........excellent point.

Having Linoleum might be environmental friendly but you will get looks like your cheap or poor. I do not want to be labeled like that especially where I am from where status means everything./

As mentioned, the look of lineleum as taken on a whole new look.

But your right, bamboo, wood, and tile are more popular and probably the avenue we will be taking............maybe a high end lineleum in the kitchen???
