Go on the Warrior Diet like myself for 1-2 weeks. You basically don't eat anything at breakfast or lunch (maybe crackers or something to start with) and then you eat until you get full at night. The key is to still eat legitamately healthy at night. A good rule of thumb is to stop eating when you feel like you have to take your first drink of water or whatever. It really gets you in a good mental state after you get used to it. Your body isn't bogged down by digesting the food during the day so you have more energy to use elsewhere.

#3Yeah, nothing like unstable blood sugar levels and hunger pangs from eating 1 meal a day. That's the biggest gimmick ever. This type of diet promotes fat storage as well, your metabolism would come to a screeching halt. I've studied and practiced this stuff for 20 years, there is nothing better than eating 5 or 6 small meals/snacks per day. You get stable blood sugar (which helps your mood and minimum fat storage), better nutrient absorption, better and more stable energy levels, and a higher metabolism (increased fat burning for energy).Comment -

Eating small meals throughout is the best way to digest food quickly and efficiently. #5The key to losing weight is eating X amount of calories a day. Heck you could just eat cookies (obviously exagerrating a bit) all day. As long as you consume only a certain amount of claories a day you will lose weight.Comment -
