Far from a class act. Was one of the first punks. Used to not to interviews and just scream BJPenn dot com! Was a self promoter, failed to reach his full potential by not training hard. Skated by on pure talent. Quit against GSP after all his shit talking. Lapping up blood on his gloves after beating a very average Joe Stevenson. Never was a fan of BJ. Edgar by decision.

Yea bj did run his mouth back in the day but you gotta admire the fact that he's willing to fight anyone, anytime, any weight class.

Tonight he's fighting Frankie at 145 featherweight. He once fought machida in an open weight where lyoto was rumored to be 240 on fight day

im on bj but I got inflated odds cause of the dummy who sent edgar's line out of whack. BJ can win this fight, he looks in shape but it's more about willing to fight smart. His path to victory is out grappling edgar for 5 rounds which he can do. If he trys to stand with edgar again it's going to be another loss. He's gotta be willing to call forth his inner jon fitch but doubt he will. Over 4.5 is my main play.
