    Golf Today Was Bruuuuuuutal
Play once a month with Ricky Nattiel, Chris Doering and Shane Matthews. Chris is a 14 handicap and good for a couple hundred dollars everytime we play. Ricky is an 8 handicap and usually we are back and forth. Shane is scratch so I get shots but he generally still wins a couple bets.

Today I managed just 9 pars and 3 birdies in 36 holes. I got destroyed. I never back down but I am seriously considering calling in sick on the group tomorrow.

I might as well give you the advice you gave me on my break thread. Whatever you decide to do Wal, keep your head up! I hope you get them tomorrow if you end up going.

It'll be ok John. Just going through some changes with the swing. I have bad knees and really bad arthritis and I am going through some changes with the swing to compensate.

The one good thing about regulars is the shots adjust every round and there is always another game. Noway I lose as much tomorrow though, only 18 holes, lol.

That's virtually impossible JJ. I think only my grandma and your aunt aren't athletic enough to play golf.

JJ, I have been athletic all my life. This is no joke and as far fetched as it sounds considering the shape I am in now I have always been a player. Now though the weight and years are taking their toll on me.

Golf is a game that can be played till very late in life and by all types. It's the mental part that takes getting used too. You go from launching drives 280 sometimes 300 down to drives that barely reach 240 on a good day. It gets the ego down.

Broc, I was name dropping no doubt. I went to school with Ricky and have known Shane and Chris for years. I play with Hank Rone every week as well but if I had mentioned his name NOBODy would have known he was a Gator punter back in the day.

Taylor, I don't do anything for fun. If it is a competition there is money on the line. Today was a -$300 day and could have easily been closer to $500 had I not had a few birdies. Tomorrow though things could swing back my way since the shots adjust every round.

3 birds and 9 pars is frigging good for Jan. You are not in good enough shape to play 36. You would need to hit balls 3x a week to be able to handle 36. I played 18 and had 1 bird and that made my day. No way you should play tomorrow if you played 36 today.
