    Book-to-book transfers
How long does one typically take? Does it vary from book to book? Or is this something to simply avoid?

Varies not only from book to book, but from month to month with the same book--and from customer service agent to customer service agent.

Call, ask, request confirming email to document what gets said to you. You're more likely to get cooperation if you've rolled over a deposit well beyond a bonus.

I did 5 dimes to The Greek recently and what a piece of cake. Those two work very well together. One took 5 minutes, another may have taken a whopping twenty minutes..

Apparently, the problem is an incoming 5Dimes transfer.

I don't know but that is really something I am afraid of. With my luck something goes wrong and in the end both books try to blame me for the money disappearing or so. Considering how difficult it has become to simply withdraw money to a bank account and don't even wanna find out about book-to-book transers.

as long as you are using two reputable books you have NOTHING to worry about. they have an account at eachothers book and its a simple transfer. its all done over the computer, it isn't like any $ is changing hands.

So what happens when 2 "A" rated books are involved, and one book says they sent it, but the other says they didn't get it? And, to make matters worse, they're both saying the problem is with the other guy.

first of all, nothing is being sent usually. the 'receiving' book would add 1,000 to your account, and take out 1,000 from the other books account.

get sbr involved i'm sure this is easy to resolve.
