What basic stradegy are you supposed to follow?

This question is intended for people who have played blackjack for years. I, and many others out there, have seen probably a dozen different basic strategy charts out there, so which one do you know to follow?

Can you be more specific on discrpencies between charts?

I think there are only a couple of situations in which charts differ.
