What is the policy regarding multiple accounts from same IP address?

Once an account is created from the same IP address what happens?

A. The account is banned immediately and labeled ghost of the original IP address account holder.

B. The account is stripped from point earnings and contest entering but allowed to be used for posting.

SBR DOES make exceptions and allow 2 accounts per IP Address. Say if you and your wife/girlfriend both wanted an account..

If they wanted to answer the question they would have by now. This question could have been answered and cleared up months ago. Its not a good guess, its fact.
